Biosensor Sciences and Technologies Research Center (BSTRC) financially supports projects proposed in the field of biosensors to improve human health, represent novel pharmaceutical analyses, and tackle global environmental challenges under the following conditions:

The projects should meet the BSTRC’s goals, strategic objectives, and leading research domains.

For the proposed projects, optimum financial and personnel resources should be considered.

The proposed biosensors’ advantages, disadvantages, and potential commercial applications should be discussed in detail, as well as the technical and commercial risks and limitations.

The projects presented to BSTRC must allow for adjustments due to the changes in exchange rates and tax laws.

Only Cutting-edge projects aiming to tackle the challenges of emerging technologies will be considered for financial support.

The proof-of-concept should be declared in projects, and the presented projects with enough flexibility with the view of proof-of-technology will be preferred as featured projects with exceptional financial support.

The final biosensors represented in projects for community-based applications should be simple enough to be used by people without any special training or skills.
